Thirumanam Engira Nikkah Movie Review

Aascar V Ravichandran, known for his mega venture is out with a soft romantic tale in Thirumanam Engira Nikkah.Directed by anees, it has Jai and Nazriya in the lead.

Pandiarajan and Mayilsamy are also in the cast. Music is by Ghibran.

The movie touches Hindu-Muslim culture There is romance, comedy and emotions . A simple story of love and romance is TEN. It is a meeting of two cultures set in the backdrop of the Hindu and Muslim communities in our country.

The love and desire to get married between two in different culture forms the crux. Jai is passable as the lead star. He is good in romantic sequences pulling off comedy too well. Nazriya is fresh and bubbly. The highlight of the movie is Ghibran’s music.

Anees seems to have waited long to shoot scenes of Muslim prayers in real areas and that is one reason for the movie’s delay.

Diverse culture between Hindu and Muslim families have been brought out well without hurting anyone’s sentiments.

But pace is the problem. The movie proceeds at a leisurely pace. Had anees made it racy, TEN would have got perfect ten.
