Vanavarayan Vallavarayan Movie Review

A romantic comedy set in the backdrop of sibling show is Vanavarayan Vallavarayan. A tale of two brothers, who live their own way, the movie has enough humour and emotions in it.

Kazhugu fame Kreshna, television anchor Ma Ka Pa Anand, Monal Gajjar, Thambi Ramaiah, Kovai Sarala, Jayaprakash and S P Charan among others play key roles. There is a cameo by Santhanam.

Produced by Zero Rules Entertainment, the movie has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja.

Vanavarayan (Kreshna) and Vallavarayan (Ma Ka Pa Anand) are fun-loving brothers. For them, everything is fun under the suin. They can’t stay away from each other for a moment. But once they are together, they end up with quarrel. Enters Anjali (Monal Gajjar), a college student. It’s love at first sight for Vanavarayan. Eventually Anjali falls for him. But the subsequent acts and wayward ways of the brothers leave a bad taste in the family of Anjali. Enters Santhanam with whom Anjali’s parents arrange wedding. What happens then forms the hilarious climax.

Kreshna does his act well. He is cool and bubbly. Ma Ka Pa makes a strong debut on big screen. He is at his best in dialogue delivery. Monal Gajjar is apt for the role, while Thambi Ramaiah and Jayaprakash chip in well. S P Charan plays Monal’s brother.

Verdict: Two to tango
