Vettriselvan Movie Review

Ajmal is a huge hit among youngsters specially after films like Ko and Thuru Thuru Thiru. Now comes his Vettriselvan, which was in the making for some time.

Debutant filmmaker Rudhran wield the megaphone. It talks about those in mental asylums who are neglected.

Starring Ajmal, Radhika Aapte, Mano, Sherief, Azhagam Perumal, Ganja Karuppu and Thalaivasal Vijay, the movie speaks a lot.
Vettriselvan also throws light on the pitiable life in asylums.

Cinematography is by Loganathan and Ramesh and music is by Mani Sharma.

Ajmal, Mano and Sherief work in Ooty. Ajmal meets Radhika Aapte, an advocate and its love between them. One day, the trio gets arrested and Radhika Aapte steps in to act to rescue them.

Ajmal is good in parts while Mano is excellent. Radhika Aapte is tailor-made for the role and Azhagam Perumal and Thalaivasal Vijay are okay.
Rudran has tried a different film.

Verdict: All about tough life
