Exodus : Gods and Kings – The biggest cinema experience of the year

One of the biggest Hollywood releases of this year, Exodus : Gods and Kings, is all set to hit the Indian screens on 5th December 2014, one week prior to the US release! Presumably the most anticipated movie of the year, this epic adventure film stars Christian Bale, Joel Edgerton, John Turturro, Aaron Paul, Sigourney Weaver and Ben Kingsley.

Directed by Ridley Scott (of Gladiator & Prometheus), the biblically inspired epic is the story of one man’s daring courage to take on the might of an empire. Using state of the art visual effects and 3D immersion, Scott brings new life to the story of the defiant leader Moses (Christian Bale) rising up against the Egyptian Pharaoh – Ramses (Joel Edgerton), setting 400,000 slaves on a monumental journey of escape from Egypt and its terrifying cycle of deadly plagues.

True to his style, Scott’s newest period adventure, boasts of an enormous production set, elaborate costumes, powerful cast and sophisticated visual effects. While the trailers and posters have begun to create quite a buzz in the Indian market, the casting of Christian Bale as Moses makes the movie an eagerly awaited release.
